RYA Cymru have listened and responded to requests, and have created a great selection of opportunities for you in South and West Wales.
Please book your place nice and early, as they need the numbers to make each session viable.
There’s so much to choose from, with options suitable for novices right through to instructors.

Several sessions and courses will be running over the weekend.
Most activities will take place at Cardiff Bay Yacht Club, with Tata Steel Sailing Club hosting the dinghy foiling.

Mother's Day Celebration Lunch
Join us on Sunday, 15th March for a magical Mother’s Day celebration!
We’re going all out with a delicious three‑course menu for you and your guests.
During food service, you will be serenaded by a live harpist.

After making your booking, you will receive a food pre‑order request via email. Food pre‑orders closing on Sunday, 8th March.
Traditional Afternoon Tea - St. David's Day
Join us on St David’s Day and celebrate with Afternoon Tea! You’ll be served tea, coffee, sandwiches, scones, a selection of cakes and more — all while being entertained by a live acoustic set.
What’s not to love? Plus, for just £15 a bottle, you can pre‑order prosecco to enjoy during your visit.
The Sailing Druid - Fundraising!
Our friend and fellow member, Stuart Lewis (AKA the Sailing Druid), is cutting off his impressive locks in support of the wonderful charity Bipolar UK!
Before 5th May, Stuart will be taking the brave step of cutting off his hair to raise much‑needed funds for Bipolar UK. He will then donate his hair to the Little Princess Trust, a charity that provides real hair wigs to children in need.

King of Clubs Celebration - Casino Night!
Well, it’s fair to say we had a ball at the King of Clubs Celebration Night over the weekend!
There were some sharp dressers among you! We enjoyed delicious food, tried our hand at poker and blackjack, finished the evening with a spin on the dance floor, and refuelled with a midnight breakfast.
It’s now just under two weeks until our next event, when we’ll be welcoming a fabulous UB40 tribute act — and we’re down to our last few tickets!
