Close encounters of the TARS kind! A wild and mainly south-westerly wind met the six intrepid sailors when they came to the line. An interesting start, Argento was sandwiched between Blackjack and Nutmeg, another new boat. Nutmeg is a Hunter Channel 31 helmed by Peter Knapp. I have given her a temporary CB rating of 1000, just less than her PY. This will be adjusted after completing 4 races.
An interesting race in the conditions with the heavier boats having the most comfortable ride. At least there were no problems with weed this week. The results are in the blog file below
