Another typical TARS day, sun, funny wind and rain! There was even a hint of a twister starting to form between the Clubhouse and the flats that stopped Blackjack dead in her tracks on her last lap allowing Nutmeg to make up a lot of ground. Apart from that, a typically relaxed start, the lucky ones catching the wind shifts. The wind dropped towards the end, storm clouds gathered and rain fell on Caerphilly mountain and the race was reduced to 2 laps for the slower boats.
Race honours went to Cutty Stark, otherwise known as Nutty Slack, who managed all the wind shifts expertly, followed Argento and Ragamuffin who didn't! The results of yesterday's race and the series overall are in the blog file below. More photos taken from the balcony are on the TARS Facebook page.
