A 2 Day Practical Course on the water. No previous experience required - May be preceded by Level 1 Start Powerboating - Minimum Age 12

This two-day course provides the skills required when acting as an escort craft, safety boat or coach boat for a fleet of dinghies, windsurfers or canoes, or for racing or training activities.

This course will give you a fun introduction to the basics of sailing a small dinghy and gives you the opportunity to push yourself if you wish.

The Improver Camp builds on learning in the beginners camp, with the sailors aiming for their RYA stage 3 and State Racing of the RYA Youth Sailing Scheme. These camps are an excellent opportunity to get out on the water and get a lot of sailing in.

The Advanced camp builds on sailing a double handed dinghy, with the sailors aiming for their RYA Stage 4 and Sailing with Spinnakers of the RYA Youth Sailing Scheme.

An Instructor led session based around fun and games. Choose between an AM or PM session

Junior sailing club for those looking to build on their racing skills.

An introduction to sailing dinghies for complete beginners, covering everything you need to know to get afloat under supervision

RYA Interactive Essential Navigation and Seamanship - Flexible Learning at your own pace, anytime, anywhere. A basic introduction to navigation and safety for anyone new to boating: ***Important notice: *** RYA Interactive will be moving to a new eLearning platform in early April. If your course is not completed by 7 April your account will be transferred to the new system and all course progress will be lost. Unfortunately you will need to start again.

The RYA Safe and Fun course is a requirement for all Level 2 Racing Coaches, RYA Dinghy Instructors, RYA Keelboat Instructors, RYA Windsurf Instructors and RYA Senior Instructors

This one-day course runs from 9:30am to 6:00pm and covers the RYA Short Range Certificate (SRC). The exam will take place from approximately 4:30pm, once the course training has finished. Please note, there is an additional exam fee of £76 payable directly to the RYA and is not included in this course fee.

Take the VHF Radio Course (SRC) online, when it suits you and where it suits you. The course covers routine communications and emergency situations like distress, urgency and safety.
